August 6th we will have a Discovery Class following the service. Whether you are new to the church or have been coming for awhile we invite you to sign up at hopejaffrey.com and join us for lunch. We would love to get to know you and answer any questions you may have about Hope as we share a simple lunch in the youth room.
August 3rd. A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Women’s mentoring brainstorm meeting August 9th 10am. We want to follow the guidelines given in Titus 2:3-5, for the older women to train and mentor the younger women. This meeting will help give clarity on what the older and younger generations of women are looking to give and receive!
Men’s Bible Study meeting every Monday night at 6:30pm. They are currently studying the book of Romans.
Journey Groups next meeting will be August 17, 11:00am. This is for women who have lost their husband and are seeking comfort and support with others who have gone through the same thing. They meet the third Thursday of every month.
